Our Services | Construction Management
Construction projects require a collaborative effort between the owner, the contractor and the construction manager.
Churchill Engineers understands the owner’s need to control costs, maintain the construction schedule, and achieve the quality and performance objectives of the project. Our years of construction management experience allow us to quickly resolve issues such as differing site conditions, address field changes, and negotiate equitable change orders so that the work will be completed on time and within the project budget.
Our construction management personnel have worked for owners, engineers and contractors, giving them the knowledge and experience required to keep complex construction projects on track. We are adept at managing construction schedules and resolving contract disputes, therefore avoiding construction claims and delays. And our in-house surveying capabilities enable us to quickly evaluate layout concerns before they can result in project delays. We are dedicated to the owner’s goals of timely completion within budget.
Churchill was founded more than 45 years ago, and has been working on construction management projects since its beginning. Our construction management staff includes more than 50 highly qualified resident engineers, office engineers and inspectors with extensive roadway, bridge, drainage and other transportation and underground utility construction experience. Their qualifications, which include all NICET levels as well as ACI, NJSAT, TCP, OSHA and other certifications and training, are regularly updated to the most current standards, ensuring that our construction management clients have skilled personnel available for multiple concurrent assignments.
We have developed an outstanding reputation for delivering large-scale construction management services. With resident engineers and inspectors located throughout the State, we are able to provide construction management services wherever transportation and utility projects are being constructed in New Jersey.
