Timothy Bonjean has more than 40 years of experience with site design and layout. He has been responsible for: site plan and subdivision layout and design; streetscape designs; local, county and state zoning review and compliance; grading, drainage and utility plan management and design; client contact; proposal preparation; surveying and sub-consultant coordination; color renderings; 3D models; representation at public meetings; lighting and landscape plan management and layout; preparation and coordination of construction details; soil erosion and sediment control plan management; and the preparation and management of local, county and state required site plan and permit applications. He has considerable field experience with site layout issues and construction management.
Mr. Bonjean attended the University of Wisconsin taking courses in Drafting and Perspective Drawing, and attended Drexel University, studying Engineering and Urban Planning. He also has continuing education courses in Architecture, Land Surveying, Site Plan and Design, Auto CADD and Photoshop.
